An html frames is similar to a picture frame that i will hang on my wall, it's just that an html frames deal with links and it can be divided into sections.

HTML frames are used to make links, for instance when you copy an html link into text and edit, you will see the exact website after clicking text and edit. igoogle is similar to html frames in links, because they all deal with links.

having a link that opens in a window helps you work on two things at the same time.

When you click on a link it changes color. Why do you think this happens?

links changes color so you will know you are using the right link.
